Beauty Review / Soap and Glory Archery Brow Tint and Precision Shaping Pencil

I was a brow powder kind of girl for a good few years and then I realised it just wasn't working for me! My brows were for a start way to dark and they were looking too drawn on. I wanted to find a product which was delicate enough to mirror eyebrow hairs but dramatic enough to actually make a difference. I am now using my 5th Archery brow tint and precision shaping pencil, so I thought that it was about time that I told you about it.

This brow product is sleek and fits into your make up bag easily. It's really easy to hold as it feels like a pen, which makes it easy to use. I decided to go with their lightest shade, Love is Blonde. This comes out a khaki light brown kind of shade and blends into my brows very well. I think most brands have their darker shades mastered but their blondes aren't quite spot on.

One side of the pen has a narrow pointed felt tip brush and the other has a thin crayon. They advise that you fill in your brows with the tint first and then shape them with the crayon to get a more natural shape. Both side of the products are easy to use and have great pigmentation.

I think the crayon side seems to run out before the tint side, so I do now have to buy another product just for the crayon whilst using up the tint on the old one. Due to both of the products being thin it makes the process of shaping your brows a lot simpler. If you do still struggle I'd recommend getting some stencils (blog post here) or once you've drawn your brows use a face wipe to clean the edges.

I hope you enjoyed this post and as you can tell by the amount of time I've repurchased this that I definitely love it and recommend it!

  1. Ah glad to hear you liked this! I couldn't get on with it for some reason, I think I was applying it wrong - I ended up looking like I'd sharpied my eyebrows! x
