Make Up Revolution Party #revoholics

Last Thursday I was very kindly invited to Makeup revolutions 3rd party and it was amazing, so I wanted to share my evening with you.

These make your own palettes are fab, I love being able to customise my make-up bag to colours I know I'll use and it's really handy that you can slot in different products into the same palette, eg eyeshadows/blush/highlighter etc.

That highlighter has already been raved about quite a bit, it's so shimmery!!

It was really great to have a look at some of the new makeup bits coming into the stores, my wish list is never ending! I also really like the look of this sun range in collaboration with Solait collection, they look like some easy to use fake tanning products and I am a huge fan of the baby pink packaging!

The actual night was so much fun, they served a selection of yummy cocktails, I personally really enjoyed the Mojito! There were also lots of canapes going around. It was a great mix of mingling, dancing and entertainment! After a talk from Adam Minto, the owner of Tam beauty, we were treated to a spectacular and crazy high energy dance show.

We were also gifted this amazing goody bag filled with makeup and hair bits. Funny story, the wipes are actually self tanning wipes and I saw on Twitter that two girls assumed they were makeup remover wipes and used them that night and woke up with orange faces! I too thought they were makeup removers and think it needs to be written on them that they're actually fake tanning wipes!! I am looking forward to using all these bits, especially the hair kit as it smells like peaches!

Leave a comment and let me know if you were there too, I'd love to see your posts about the event and give you a follow!

Thank you Makeup Revolution for my invite and here's to next years party!

  1. What a nightmare that they used the wipes for removing their makeup ha. Looks like a lovely event. The shampoo set is amazing, I love the scent and it really smells like a smoothie in a bottle.
