Beauty & Fashion / Halloween Make up and Costume

This is my first post in ages which has gone up at the wrong time but to my defence this was planned to go up later than my normal 11am posting time as these images are from last night and I needed time to write this this morning! So Halloween has come and gone but I thought I'd still share my make up and costume from the night to give you inspiration for future fancy dress parties as my look wasn't scary in the slightest and my make up was an evening going out look!

Laying out all the products It looks like a lot of gunk went on my face last night! The overall look didn't look too heavily applied though, as most of the above were for my eyes and that's what I focussed on for this look.

Base

Max Factor FaceFinity All Day Flawless Foundation
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
Urban Decay eyeshadow primer in Eden

Eyes

Soap and Glory Archery
Benefit Gimme Brow
No 7 Stay Perfect Shade and Define in Gunmetal
Mac in Mulch for crease (not pictured above)
Benefit they're real mascara
L'oreal Superliner
Rimmel waterproof eyeliner
Elf Glitter eyeliner
Eylure Fake Eyelashes in 070

Face

Mac blush in Gingerly
Soap and Glory Kick Ass Powder
Benefit High Beam Highlighter
Benefit Hoola Bronzer

Lips

Primark P.S Lipliner

Nails

I painted my nails with the Rimmel I heart lasting finish in 'Double Decker Red' I love this red, it's super bright and eye catching and this Rimmel is a fab drustore brand for good lasting nail polish.

Tom and I both went as sailors and these seemed to be the best images taken to show you my make up look. For my hair I slept with french braids in the night before and then took them out just before going out so it was slightly curly. The curls didn't hold for very long which was a shame but at least they were there for some pictures!

My costume was a cheap Amazon number and I added a rope around the waist which I tied with a sailors box knot to keep with the theme. I also wore fleece lined navy blue tights as it was incredibly short!

I hope you liked this post, coming up are quite a few separate reviews on the make up products I used as a lot are new. If there's anything in particular you want to know more about just ask! Also link me to your Halloween posts :)

KEEP SMILING
